The truth is that, in the short-term is very bad for everyone, almost disastruosly for USA and their partners. The internet as a whole would be affected. But as with any empire, USA’s domination has to stop sometime. In fact, most empires died by their own hand. Even though SOPA and PIPA would also affect me and I simply can’t see Romania as the next superpower, I can’t welcome a change in world’s order. If S&P pass, most of USA based software companies would move overseas and most probably would reduce their value at half. This means that the countries which will welcome these companies will be the lucky winners of the millenium.
